Ultrasonography is becoming an increasingly important diagnostic tool in improving the quality of our pets' lives. Using sound waves, a pet ultrasound is an imaging technique that "sees changes in the body" that X-rays can't identify.

Dr. Eric Peterson performs all of the ultrasounds and echocardiograms for our canine and feline patients at our veterinary hospital.

There is an immediate on-site report generated and the results are subsequently discussed with you, the client after the examination. If indicated, aspirates, biopsies and fluid taps can be performed during the pet ultrasound procedure for more diagnostic analysis.
